Need to know if my granddaughter is safe. Suspect by the behavior swings that x daughter in law is doing drugs. granddaughter said on last visit they did not have food for dinner sometimes and mom and step dad are fighting and yelling all the time. Fights are getting physical. She has to take care of little a 1/2 brother cause mom is sick all the time and can't get out of bed.
