I have a visitation order issued by monroe family court. In the order it states that the mother is suppose to let me know where my daughter resides. She recently moved and refuses to provide me an address. An organization called "spcc" provides the exchange services between me and the mother. They informed me that they cannot ask the mother for her address or vice versa. I cannot violate her for ignoring the court order because i cannot properly serve her. The organization where i do my exchanges will not serve her for me or allow agents to serve her on their premises. I have the court order in hand, and am willing to fax it to you as proof that i have the right to know where my daughter lives. I would also like a quote as to how much this service would cost me. Thank you.
