This is not really workers comp but an employee set me up and quit and though she quit, she created lies and is collecting unemployment at my expense. left me and significantly hurt my business. she has told me, a few months before she did this that she is working "under the table" for someone. i think you get the picture. this is not a revenge thing but i need to validate what she has told me in the past and also to make the lie right. i did not fire her. she walked out on me.
