My ex-wife claims that she is legally blind and unable to work. she is caring for my grand daughter two days per week. i need to prove that she is indeed caring for my grand daughter (which is less than one year old) in spite of her proclaimed handicap. the evidence obtained needs to be legally admissible in court. i suggest surveillance of my daughters home to record my daughter leaving for work, my ex-wife arriving and caring for her grand daughter. a video or pictures to document arrival and departure may be appropriate, but must be admissible in court.
