We let the prior owner of a house to remove the old stuff that he left there years ago and he still wants. The removal was ordered by court and arranged with his attorney. We gave him the keys to let him remove whatever he still wants. 2 days later, his attorney emailed us that he has head injury because 3 panels fell while he tried to open the garage door. We suspect they ploted it.
