I believe that my wife is being watched. A man , whom she has never seen before, has rented the place across the street and he does not fit the local "type" description/profile. He's not been there to do anything except get the keys and make one return trip at some point. There is a blind upstairs that has one of the shades/blind pulled down in one corner and the lights are on timers downstairs.
