Ca has some privacy laws that prevent the recording of phone calls unless all parties give consent. typically we see the "this call may be recorded or monitored....", and that is generally O.K. on rare occasion, there are company's that don't provide the requisite consent or informing that the call is being recorded. i am looking for people that have called a hand full of 1-800 numbers that i know they record, and do not provide the requisite consent. if i provide the name of the companies and numbers, can you find people that have called these numbers, are concerned that their privacy rights have been violated, and are willing to bring a civil action?
