Service description:
We are trying to prove neglect and anything we can to gain full custody of Erin. I have attached a copy of what we sent to Ryan's Lawyer. The lawyers name is Melissa Montgomery in Lebanon PA. There is a temporary order that the custody is 50/50, friday to friday. On Nov. 24th (thanksgiving 2011) during an exchange of custody, Greg Ream (Amanda's boyfriend) attacked Ryan and we pressed charges. While the police officer was filling out the charges, we mentioned Amanda's name (Amanda McGlaughlin) and then we said Amanda Hartstock and he recited her address and phone number and stated that he knew exactly who she was and that he had been to her residence several times on domestic calls. He also stated that Amanda had pressed charges on Greg a few month prior to this incident. We expressed our concern for Erin at that time and he stated that we should look into to a few thing in reference to the safety of erin, because he had been there several times over the last few months.
