father is a sex offender, lost his rights to daughter however has kept in contact with her with out mother knowing. Daughter is of legal age and is Mildly Mentally Impaired she has children ages 4 and under. father is not to be around any child under the age of 18 but daughter moved in with him and his family with her small children. Grandparents want to go for custody of children but, need to prove child endangerment. Grandparents have contacted state police, sheriff's department and child protective services and feels nothing is being done to protect children. father/grandfather has a long history of being in trouble with the law. He isn't allowed to own guns etc.. but has been known to have them in his house. Mother and Step father talk to daughter but feel they are on speaker phone as they hear everything that's going on very clearly.
