I took my car into spradley barr hyundai on thursday, jan 7 to have a recall fixed and the passenger door handle fixed. A mechanic decided to take my car and race it and drift it which caused him to wreck as he was on the off ramp of the highway and caused substantial damage. The car is/was brand new. The dealership did provide a rental but is now harrassing me to remove my damaged car and return the rental because i had asked them to not touch it for repairs until i contact a lawyer. They told me that they are not going to get their insurance conpany involved and do not want me to contact my insurance. I have the police report that shows he was speeding and he was ticked for carelessness. A 4-5 pole that was rammed into my engine from underneath where the vehicle landed.
