Hello, my name is ling stone. Lives beloit wi. 53511. A dialysis nurse working at ssm madison. on 09/01 around 10:30am, i had bike ride with a friend cross the iron bridge to iron company, it was a new concrete ridge with no sign, i fell with left wrist fracture and lost in front tooth. It’s city sidewalk i was figure out after. Location: irontek drive, beloit wi. My daughter sent me to er an hour after and i stay er for 7 hours to had x-ray, ct and alignment was under general anesthesia with a splint on. Follow up with an open reduction internal fixation surgery on 09/05 at same hospital ---beloit memorial hospital. i also went to aspen dental multi times for fix my tooth, i will get an implant on 09/18. Totally i have to pay 8319.4$ for dental. My insurance coverage partly over 7000$. next fracture follows up appt is 09/19. Not sure how much cost, it will be a lot i believe. because i have a half arm splint on my left shoulder, i have to stay at home 3 weeks until after 09/19 to get a brace instead of splint. This accident not only affect me go back to work, have a normal life, lost a lot of money. Also affected my image, i can’t go anywhere in first a few days. If i can get some help to recoup some losses, i will be appreciated, thank you.
