I live in san jose, ca and have a rental home that just became vacant in redmond, wa. I will be getting painting, carpeting, etc. Done and i always get the miniblinds (and verticals if possible) cleaned (ultrasonically). I think there are two miniblinds that need replacing. I don't know if you do that also. There is a lockbox on the house and i have a local property manager that can meet you at the house.
