In 2009 husband claimed only income was $900 from ssdi, but was working 'under the table'. No child support awardeed. now offering to buy out me from marrital home for large sum of cash and claims to be pre-qualified for a mortgage, which would require employment or assets. i have re-filed for child support in washington county. he lives in allegheny county, i assume. His attorney will not disclose address or employment status.
