I bought a car on ebay they say it was a scam. I have the email and phone number of the thief, address, name that belongs on the phone # bank name address and account and routing #'s. Ebay no help online reporting and bank no help. If anything can be done i would like to pursue asap. Thanks, sam I also feel the bank may be liable, that received the funds, because it had the account, routing number but, the name i gave, that he gave me, was not the name on the account but, they processed it any way
