12/11 i lent a friend $3,600. On a handshake & she was to pay loan in full with tax refund in 2/12. But lied, made purchases,christmas gifts,but when 2/12 came she claimed she wasn't getting refund(lie),sent texts, false #'s,& i asked -ms what to do, told me, but when it came time,she quickly packed & moved. I need her address to serve her "before she gets 2012 tax refund"
