I am a soldier i was stationed at fort lewis now i am stationed in arizona. i am contacting because i sold a car to someone through a typed contract where they were supposed to make 3 payments then pay it off. Long story short, he defaulted and i can't find him. I had a repo man try to locate and failed. I have spoken to an attorney and they said best thing is to try and repo the car, then sue them. Bring a soldier i just really need some assistance. If y'all could help or point me in the right direction. I am not sure what fees r, i am not wealthy just a normal person.
