I need and 8 foot section of cutter reattached.

I had an eight foot downspout fall off during the most recent wind storm. i have the downspout but i was unable to reach the top of the gutter with my latter to reattach. The piece of downspout that is still attached needs to be fastened to the house a bit better to keep it from sliding down toward the ground. can you send someone out who who can fix this? i also have one or two other places where the decorative siding has slipped away from itself, i would like to know if you are able to fix this too.
