Ex-husband claiming he can't go back to work in 6/14 & will have to retire on long term disability. This effects my alimony. We were married 31 years & i know he'll claim he can't go back to work as an auto body mechanic even though i know he's redoing classic cars for cash right now. If he would go back to work in june 2014 he wld have 4 years to full retirement. But he works for the city of detroit & it may just be beneficial for him to retire on ltd.
