My mother passed in 2006 in mich., and my sister was in charge of moms estate. At hospice and even before that, at moms house, she told me she had (3) $50,000 life ins policies and told me my sister would make sure the 5 of us got equal shares. All i got was $5,000.00. My mother had General motors ins. There werent any bills. My sister had nothing-she didnt work,all of a sudden she put up a 4 car heated garage for her disabled on S.s husband to work on cars. Another 2 car garage, a big pool and redid the entire inside of house. Where did the money come from? she took all my money. I would like to find out if she really did cash out the $150,000.00 and kept my share or my other siblings share. I know its been 6 years, but i moved away to florida and had serious health issues. I always wanted to know. She did the same thing when my grandma died in 1987. Took way more than her share.
