My spouse has been leaving the house every evening and returning very late, mostly after midnight. This has been going on for over a month. I looked up her cell phone logs and there is a cell number that has been called a lot. I did a reverse call trace and got a name and location but i need to have evidence that she is committing adultery with this individual. We are in the middle of drafting a separation agreement to eventually terminate our marriage but this is unacceptable as i am willing to generously support her financially for up to two years but refuse to do so if she is blatantly committing adultery. She has done this before and i have caught her and forgiven her after much pleading from her. We decided to give our marriage another try but there is no emotion there. In good faith i agreed to end the marriage amicably with her but this behavior is unacceptable and i need to do something about it. I need to arrange for proof that she is committing adultery.
