My father passed away on august 30, 2011. The trustees are not keeping me and my other siblings informed as to what is going on with the trust and estate. i have heard from one of my other brothers that it has been being invested in trust or into other activities. The will stated that everything is supposed to be divided equally between siblings. They have fired the attorney andrea S. Breckner that wrote up the trust in which she sent sent all of family members this will. In part of her letter it said that the trustees are suppose to inform all siblings what is going on with the trust and estate. It also said prior to making distributions, the trustees will provide each sibling with an accounting of administration of the trust. This will insure that all of us know and understand what the trustees have done and we can ask any question we might have. I do not know if this is the right place to start an investigation but think i need someone who is not part of the family to take a look at this for me.
