I am with a homeowners assoc. For single family homes and have a smmall landscaping project that we need completed. we hired another company and had to end up voiding the contract as things were dying and he was not standing by his work, so we need to have dead items removed and also new plants installed. we are also looking at fixing all our mailbox posts and replacing all mailboxes within the assoc.
