Hello, I need to locate the custodial parent in regards to a pending custody case involving our daughter. the mother was served documents before leaving temporarily restraining her from removing our child from california, but she still decided to leave to ny anyway. after about 9 months now she still has not given me her residential address, and refuses to let me know what school my child is attending.
