I need to locate a 69 year old woman-last known address fort wayne, in. she is wanted on an open warrant by fort wayne police criminal conversion class a misdemeanor for the theft of a $5000.00 dog. i need her located for prosecution to continue. i have her last known address and names of her next of kin. Apparently i must continue to provide the P.D. And courts of fort wayne all of the information needed for them to complete their work! investigative work must result in P.D. Being able to make arrest.
