I was sexually assaulted in dec of 1992, the records at the police station have been purged. I need them for immigration purposes. I was able to get the exact date and the hospital report. I also got a 6 digit case number from victim of crime offices i went to in san jose. But my immigration attorney needs the the name and birthdate of the aggressor along with the report, but i cant remember his name or the birthdate. This case went to court and he was convicted. I have called the court house and hall of justice but they also ask for a name and birthdate to be able to find it. My last resource is to find an private investigator to get the information for me. Please help
