My name is richard and i have a post conviction of sexual battery with 3 life sentences and was wrongly charged. There was no physical evidence and i gave my dna to prove not guilty. There was none of my evidence used to clear me and now 10 years later i am still fighting for my freedom. I need some help with proving that. My mother is dying and she is the last person that is able to help me fight this fight.i need to prove my innocence. My wife was living with a registered preditor when she accused me of the act she accused me of his name was gary hughes. Out of 3 men she attempted to do this to i was the only stupid one that did not leave, i requested a divorce. My mother's name is charmalee smith her number is listed below as a source of contact.
