We are trying to hire an investigator for: evidence in a habeas corpus matter. Approximately 18 years ago a robbery was committed in san diego on el cajon blvd. We believe the manager at the store could provide information but we dont know his name. How ever we do know that he was the manager. Could an investigator locate him and obtain an affidavit under these circumstances?
