Hi, I am trying to get a mortgage on a house my dad owned. he passed away in 2010 and chase said to just keep paying on it and get a title lawyer after it was paid off. i wanted to get the house and mortgage into my name and the mortgage company said i needed to file probate paperwork. my dad verbally gave me the house and my brother and sister don't want it and will sign whatever paperwork saying that. so, i would like a quote for a probate that is just the house with no o e contesting it. thank you.
