I am trying to point his estranged wife in the right direction in order to prove that my brother works so he can't claim he doesn't and pay a low amount of child support in court for their 2 year old daughter. They have a 14 year old that lives with my brother. She doesn't want this but until it is settled in court, she doesn't have a leg to stand on.
