I need to reopen a probate case from 2010 for my late mother in law. I need to have the pr reinstated & then for my property in question (i am the primary & my mother in law was a co-borrower) to be quick claimed deeded to myself. My home was not in the original probate case & i am trying to refinance so i need the house to be under myself 100%. Her 3 beneficiaries (her 3 sons to which i am married to 1)are all willing to assist with no contest.
