My 3 year old son is homeless with his illegal immigrant mother. He was getting abused by her use to be live in boyfriend but she refuses to allow me to take him into my home. I am trying to find out where she is at so i can have her served with family court papers for custody. I have my son’s social security card and birth cert., the fake name she uses to work in illegally and her license plate number on the car she drives. I am not sure if she has left the state yet but she may still be in the state waiting on my child support payment.
