A very tall tree removed from back yard

We are in the process of buying a home in the northeast section of philly..there is a very tall tree in the back yard and we wanted it removed. We didn't make settlement on the house yet, but if all goes well we should be moving in at the end of july or the beginning of august....the tree is about 60 ft tall..my husband is a disabled vet and there is no way he could even attempt to remove it..we are afraid that the next storm will uproot the tree and fall on the house...
