Building Inspection for Due Diligence
We are presently in due diligence to purchase a small business in Wilmington, DE that will need a building inspection and estimated value. The building is the approx. size of two town homes and covered by a confidentiality agreement. The time frame should a the report completed in approx. three weeks.
