I have and own a car and it was purchased prior to marriage but we went with a non contested divorce and in order keep the car I would have to hire an attorney and fight but niether my ex wifr or boy friend have a drivers license and the courts gave me 30 days to sign title over and she agreed to come to my home to do this the divorce was final on feb 06/2012 and still no contact I am still responsible for liability can you help.
