I am a grad student and I am working on a short film that deals with the idea of surveillance. I want to hire a private investigator that would agree to follow a particular person (performer that is part of the film) for maximum of 2 hours around the city of chicago using surveillance video. I will use this footage as part of the film I am doing. There are no legal liabilities since the person knows and has consented on this.
