locate a missing 4 1/2 yr old little girl

Child's maternal grandmother was living with them in Lebanon ME, took child out of the home, brought her to Maine because she claims that daughter is a junkie, doing heroin etc, had other junkies living in the home. Grandmother called father 8/3 to inform him of the situation. He was going to get his daughter but the mother showed up and took the child to her aunts in ME. Father had ME Ste Police assess mother & child, found no problems. Mother did say that she was going to a "clinic" and that she had been "clean" for a month. Parents never married,no legal custody established. Father has papers to serve mother for parental rights. ME tried to serve papers at aunt's but mother & child had left, were in Rochester NH. Father attempted to have mother served in Rochester but mother wasn't at suspected location. We have a phone # for her, can't leave voicemail but can text. Occasionally the mother will text back but we don't know where they are. She is bouncing around between Maine and NH. Services requested: Others Region: New Hampshire
