Service description:
I was struck down by a white SUV on Sept 21, 2011 and the police has been unable to the driver. A camera on top of a senior citzen building may have capture the SUV leaving but not the accident. There was an eye witness but she did not get the license plate number. She is able to identify a lady who told me she hit me but she left without giving any information to the police. Another lady with her tried to moved while I was injuried lying on the ground and she slapped me serval times saying that nothing was wrong with me.
