no one in my family has spoken with my brother since thanksgiving 2010. he got out of the navy about 3 and half years ago and has remained very distant but still reachable. but now his phone has been cut off. i am worried and would like to find out if he is still in jacksonville florida,and if he is ok. his family lives in oregon so we have no way to really get a hold of him, he has no email and remains unresponsive to letters. i have contacted the sheriff's office several times but they keep tangling me up in bureaucracy.
