This boy has been arrested for purse snatching and for stealing from my home. he lives with his parents that are protecting him, he is using heroin and stealing anything he can. My daughter has ran away to stay with him and being 17 i cant stop her. She is a senior in high school and enrolled in college with a 4. Gpa. She is very bright and never been in trouble, i think he has brain washed her in some way and im desperate for help.
