My ex was extremely abusive. He put me into bankruptcy, he doesn’t file taxes, and now pays minimal support since we are going through court for felony domestic assault. He didn’t pay me the first year we were separated, and he’s not paying what he should be. How can i get what i actually deserve from him? he works on 1099 and his boss told ors that he works on commission so he was ordered the minimum for child support.
