I'm going to a custody battle with my ex husband. He's already been warned about hanging out with a child on that introduced him into pornography last summer. When we went to court in a bone they told my ex husband that he cannot give them this kid and basically now i just need all the animal that i can get that he's breaking the court order. So when we go back to court i can prove that he's the unfit parent. I have had my son since he was born his dad abandoned us when he was 13 months and now all of a sudden he has taken my son from me. He hasn't been in this life at all other than in town visit never called no christmas presents no birthday present and now all the sudden this is happening. I have money money is not an issue. I just want my son back please help. My son is 7 years old he's leaving him home by himself and making him separate pitbull fights when the dogs get into a fight. He's falling behind in grades and i'm scared that he's going to have to repeat the second grade please advise
