Ex husband failed to complete his part of divorce decree. He moved about a year ago to waco, tx. I've seen our daughter 2-3 times since. I cannot reach them via phone. He moved out of his mothers house and didn't provide me the address. In our last conversation over a month ago he stated he was filing for bankruptcy because he couldn't support any payments. I'm concerned of where my daughter is and who is around her. Two days ago i called again and a woman picked up the phone and told me whomever i was calling for was not there, after i clearly stated i was looking for my daughter. I would like more information and also to know if these will be legal to bring to court and get custody of my daughter if some evidence of neglect is found.
