I have 5 kids in a two bedroom house. We need an extra bedroom build onto our house asap. We have extra space on the south side of the house for a 15' x 15' room. All the electrical boxes, water, sewer, telephone lines and wiring is in the west side(back) of the house so that will be out of your way.
