Inheritance Recovery Company Needs Texas-based P.I.

We have located approximately $150k in inheritance on two cases - both from deceased Texas residents and the money has been turned over to the Texas Unclaimed Property Division. On each Case we know the direct Heir, one lives in Texas, on the other, they're in South Carolina. Because Texas requires a P.I. license to recover these inheritance proceeds, we would like to contract with a Texas-based firm to submit the required paperwork to the State on behalf of our Client. Although we know where the two Clients live, we would need the Texas-firm to carry out whatever duties on their behalf that would ethically fulfill the requirements of the P.I. firm locating / confirming the Texas claim. The state limits the search fee to 10% and our firm normally charges 9%. If this were an on-going relationship, what fee would be charged on each Case? The Clients have technically already been located- but they would need to be, we believe, ethically again, contacted by the Texas P.I. firm. Thank you. Services requested: Others Region: Texas
