I need my home or a person watched. I believe she is vandeliZing my home's exterion & that she tried to poision my cat. She is very good at what she does. She got one neighbor evicted by starting some trouble with her then as things got heated, she destroyed her own flower bed and said the other person did it. By that time she had the other person so upset she did sound crazy and the manager believed the the one that really destroyed her own garden.(hope that makes sense) Now I think she has started after me because we don't like each other either. I need help. I need to know how to be more devious.Any way, I have had lawn chairs and decorations stolen or smashed several times this month at night, & even found some bread with rat poison on the back patio where my cats play.
